Warranty

BHIP Ltd will make a direct replacement for any tool that is damaged / broken upon arrival. If a unit fails when in use, outside the first week of ownership, it should be sent back directly to Whitby and Co with a copy of proof of purchase.

If you enquiry is regarding service / warranty of a tool NOT bought from us at BHIP Ltd, please contact Whitby, details below. Please do not contact us for spares blades / repairs.

All products come with a 25 year manufacturers guarantee
